You won't find Aamna on a crash diet. However, she makes sure to maintain a healthy lifesyle, eating balanced meals. "I believe in eating healthy. I don't diet," she told Hindustan Times. She does manage to infuse interesting spice into her life. "I love trying new cuisines," she added.

Exercise is a fundamental part of Aamna's life. "I am also a fitness freak," she told Hindustan Times. "I have to hit the gym and do a lot of cardio." How much exercise is enough?  "Studies show that the total amount of energy expended is what's important for health, not whether it comes in short or long bouts," Dr. I-Min Lee, a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, explains to Harvard Health. "This certainly is an encouraging message for people who are inactive." Aamna loves to strike a post. "I also do yoga," she told Hindustan Times. She added to Times of India that she loves pilates. "Holding it still," she captioned this image of herself on a pilates reformer, adding the hashtag Pilates Girl. 

Aamna avoids wheat and sugar, most of the time. However, she does allow herself to indulge once a week. "For the longest time, I've been avoiding wheat and limited my sugar intake to only once a week," she told Times of India.

Aamna doesn't just focus on strengthening her body. She also understands the mind-body connection. She told Times of India that she does "meditation for a strong mind."
