Águeda prioritizes healthy living, cooking nutritious meals for her kids. "Living a healthy lifestyle is not only important for me, but I want to set a positive example for my kids," she told Bode Magazine. "I always teach them about all the food groups and express how important it is to use organic products."

Águeda exercises every single day. "Exercising is part of my daily routine and [my children] see that," she told Bode. She even does at home workouts. "They not only see me, but sometimes join me even if it is just doing a few jumping jacks with us. If a person doesn't feel good with their lifestyle, they wont be able to project confidence. Águeda recently learned how to snowboard. "What a first day! Loving it here!!!" she captioned a post. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
