Alexandra Daddario is showing off her fabulous figure in a new Alo workout ensemble. The White Lotus star shared a gallery of snaps to social media this week, modeling a green sports bra and matching leggings that perfectly flaunted her flat abs. One of Alexandra's favorite workouts is yoga. "I do a lot of yoga and am all about treating yourself with love if you're having a stressful day," she told Delish. "Yoga helps you learn to deal with stress in a different way. It's a great way to turn your brain off in a world where we're all running around and on our phones all the time. Alexandra fuels her body with clean, nutritious foods including Lara bars, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and half an avocado when she needs energy, per Delish.

"I'm all about letting yourself splurge now and then," Alexandra told Delish. Snickers, dark chocolate with fruit—"so I can pretend I'm healthy,"— and rocky road ice cream are her favorite cheat foods.  

Alexandra is a big fan of weight training, especially when she needs to be in tip top shape. "I was doing more aerobic activity and way more weight training, which is something I've [since] incorporated into my daily routine," she told Health about her Baywatch workouts, adding "it's not a sustainable [lifestyle] unless you're sorta being paid to do it."

"I eat when I'm hungry," Alexandra told People. "I try to stay away from anything unnatural, but if you are trying to stay healthy and you get too hungry, it will only be more difficult to stay away from things like too much sugar if you don't give yourself what you want sometimes. I'm focused on being healthy and not stressing or obsessing over food."
