In a recent Instagram post Larter shared how she did a wellness retreat that included mountain trekking. Our beautiful neighbor dropped off some fresh beets which I roasted and then simply sautéed the beet greens in garlic and evoo. By the weekend it's dinners out, lots of wine, and hot dogs for the kids… starting the week with a healthy meal with the kids is how I get on track.
