No, Alyson Hannigan is not pregnant. Neither actress nor her husband has confirmed the rumors. 

However, her pregnancy rumors spread around without any credible sources or evidence due to her loose-fitting shirt photo. Alyson herself claimed she looked pregnant in that photo.
