Andrew Paul Woolfolk was a saxophonist from the United States.

During his father’s military assignment, Andrew was a member of the band at The United States School in Orleans, France. Woolfolk was a founding member of Earth, Wind, and Fire.

Deniece Williams, Stanley Turrentine, Phil Collins, Twennynine, Philip Bailey, and Level 42 were among the musicians with whom he cooperated.

Woolfolk was a student at Denver’s East High School.

He became a long-time member of Earth, Wind & Fire after joining the band as a saxophonist in 1972.

As a member of Earth, Wind & Fire, Woolfolk was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1999.

The Colorado Music Hall of Fame inducted Woolfolk in 2017.
