Sharma is open about her love of fitness and working out. Even with her busy schedule, she still manages to squeeze in time for exercise. "I am very particular about my workouts and try not to miss it even when I'm shooting," she tells Vogue India.
Sharma makes sure to stay motivated to work out. One of her secrets? A great workout playlist. When working out, Sharma tells Vogue India that she likes to listen to, "Music that's peppy and lifts up my mood."
Sharma does Pilates, and often works out with a Pilates trainer. Her trainer, Megha Kawale, tells Vogue India that Sharma likes Pilates for strength building and to help with back problems. "When we started our journey with Pilates together, it was to take care of her sensitive lower back and build a strong core. So our focus was always the core and our aim was to elevate her fitness levels further."
Sharma focuses on her core when it comes to exercising. Her Pilates trainer, Megha Kawale, says that the actress prioritizes her core, and this is one of the reasons the actress loves the exercise. Kawale says to Vogue India, "Initially, we did a lot of isolated core work as I wanted to ensure that we don't stress her back, while working on core activation and recruitment. Then gradually we starting mixing the routines in the reformer and chair by doing combination core exercises."
