The spectacularly talented Hailee Steinfeld is back in conversations, thanks to the debut of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.

A visually-stunning follow-up to 2018’s award-winning Into the Spider-Verse, the sequel holds up just as well — if not better — than its predecessor. A triumph of storytelling, animation, and heart, the newly-released flick is already an award contender, and Steinfeld is a big part of that. She reprises her role as Gwen Stacy in the film, and early reviews already point toward yet more accolades in store for Steinfeld, as well as co-stars Shameik Moore, Brian Tyree Henry, and Jake Johnson.

As fans once again examine Steinfeld’s impressive career — which properly launched all the way back in 2010 with True Grit and hardly slowed down a day since — questions about the stunning star’s dating life are inevitable.

At only 26 years old, it’s not overly surprising to learn that Steinfeld’s dating history isn’t overly robust. She has matched up with a few eligible blokes over the years, however, and her biggest fans are desperately wondering if rumors about her and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen are true.

But first, let’s take a look back at some of Steinfeld’s former flings. She’s only been linked to one or two partners over the years, starting in 2016 with social media star Cameron Smoller. The Instagram staple and Steinfeld dated for a bit over a year, between 2016 and 2017, but broke up around November, right around a month before Steinfeld found her next flame. She dated Niall Horan, an Irish singer known for his origins alongside Harry Styles in One Direction, for right around the same amount of time, breaking up a year later just as the holidays were in full swing.

That brings us to Steinfeld’s latest boyfriend: Josh Allen. She and the NFL superstar are, in fact, a pair, and have been since May of 2023. They haven’t been linked up for long, but rumors about their relationship are already swirling, as fans of either big name place their bets on how long the matchup will last.
