Paige shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is golf. She shared these photos of herself on the course, captioning them, "Full swing." In the first photo in her birthday tribute for Ryan Seacrest, the couple are seen golfing. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. "Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you'll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you'll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more."
Paige has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to her wellness routine. One thing she likes to do is run on the treadmill. This has a lot of health benefits. Paige is a big fan of boxing as a way to stay in shape. In her Health Instagram story highlight, she and a friend are seen with boxing gloves. She also talked about boxing in the previous Instagram post. "I've recently taken up boxing along with my daily cardio & gym circuits…Let me tell you it is truly a killer in the best way!! I like to try and make my workouts as fun as possible."
Paige makes sure to not skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram post. She captioned it, "Goodmorningggggg have we worked out today??? On Wednesdays we booty pump 🤘🏼if you're bored w your regular routine or intimidated by all the equipment in the gym… This workout was a creative, fun way to switch things up! Not only did we accomplish glute and hamstring isolation for that perfect pump that we want but we also activated our entire leg for that lean muscle tone at the same time 💪🏼 Have a great day y'all enjoy your time in the gym."
