Sophia Aguilar Audrey McGraw has come into prominence over the past year. The 20-year old was mostly seen as the daughter of country music power couple, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. McGraw proves that that talent runs in the family, as she posts a lot of music videos on her Instagram. McGraw recently posted a new photo on her page this week. McGraw spends a lot of time outside. She's an avid nature and landscape photographer, and shares many of her shots on Instagram. McGraw posted this black and white photo of a forest. She captioned it, "Trees reach for the sky!" She also shared this video from her garden, captioning it, "Flowers at home."
As you can see from her recent post, McGraw likes to walk to stay in shape. Walking has a lot of benefits. McGraw likes to horseback ride. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself riding on the beach. McGraw captioned it, "Pure happiness." Riding has a lot of benefits. The American Heart Association states, "A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered 'moderate exercise,' said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, 'while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.'"
