A deadly car accident happened in Miller County on Tuesday, and the victim has been identified as Barry Wayne Wisdom of Dixon, Missouri.

Tuesday’s huge rig accident in Iberia claimed the life of Wisdom, 70.

A Peterbilt semi-truck driven by Wisdom, according to sources, jackknifed on Highway 17 close to Airport Road in Iberia for an unclear cause before hitting a guardrail.

At the scene, blunt force trauma injuries were diagnosed as Wisdom’s cause of death.

The accident’s cause is still being looked into.
