Basketball Coach Kevin Morrison Passes Away, Age, Bio, Wife, Children
Dylan Hughes Kevin Morrison, a former member of our coaching staff who valiantly fought against Alzheimer’s disease, lost his battle with the disease and passed away last night.
He had struggled against the disease for a long time. He put out every ounce of effort he could manage in order to combat Alzheimer’s illness.
It is with the deepest sadness that we have to share this information with you, but unfortunately, things are as they are. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Kevin exhibited what it meant to be a Golden Bear at the University of California, Berkeley by having an unflinching dedication not only to the team that he coached but also to the athletes that competed for the team.
This dedication was not only to the team but also to the athletes who competed for the team. He was a significant figure during some of the most prosperous years in the history of our program’s past, and he leaves behind a legacy that will remain ingrained in our thoughts and emotions forever after his passing.
He was an important character during some of the most fruitful years in our program’s history, which were also some of the most successful years overall.
During this difficult time, we want his beloved wife Heather and his children Jayce, Jaylen, Myles, and Mya to know that we are thinking about them and praying for them. We want them to know that we are thinking about and praying for them.
