Bjork Guomundsdottir, known as Bjork is an Icelandic singer, producer, actress and DJ born on November 21, 1965. She was interested in music since her childhood and joined several musical groups during her teenage. Bjork earned recognition and success as the lead singer of the alternative rock band The Sugarcubes, whose single “Birthday” was a hit on UK and US indie stations in 1987.
