Brielle Biermann Shares Swimsuit Photo From Mexico
Isabella Harris Brielle Biermann is keeping things hot in Mexico – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the reality star flaunts her amazing body in a bathing suit while making a splash on the beaches of Cabo San Lucas. "Soup of the day: tequila," she captioned a series of Instagram snaps. "See you in HOLLYWOOD tomorrow baby," her mother, Kim Zolciak Biermann commented. "ok HOTTTTTTTT," commented another follower. How does the 26-year-old maintain her fit physique? Celebwell rounded up some of her top lifestyle habits.
Brielle does intermittent fasting. "I only eat between 3-8 every day!" the star in a 2020 Q&A session on Instagram. When it's time to break fast, she heads to the drive-thru. "I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she revealed."Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," she added People in 2017. Unlike her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, she's "not a fan" of salads. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation."
Brielle has confessed to taking diet pills. She has promoted Modere Lean Body System, a three-piece collection of capsules and supplements. "I lost my initial extra pounds using Modere and still take it now, which is why I think I haven't put much weight back on since being able to eat again," added the KAB Cosmetics founder.
Brielle keeps her body toned by working out with a trainer and also taking group classes. "I love spin class," she told People. "I'm addicted to it." Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Brielle enjoys surfing. "Swerve, surfing all in this good, good," she captioned a post. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
Brielle also plays tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
According to one of her latest social media posts, Brielle also enjoys standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
