The late Franco Harris was an American professional football player. Franco Harris played running back in the National Football League (NFL) for 13 seasons, primarily for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The late Franco Harris reportedly died on Tuesday night, 20th December 2022. He died suddenly at his home in Sewickley, Pennsylvania at the age of 72. The cause of his death has not yet been disclosed.
