It was due to the efforts of her mother that Cece, as Caitlyn is fondly known as, took to the social media. Interestingly, she first started out on Vine during the 2012 US elections. At barely 3 years of age, she was first spotted delightfully cheering for President Obama in a ‘Hope’ shirt bearing his image. After doing a significant number of 6-seconds Vine videos, Daphne felt that her daughter’s charisma and her own video making skills could be further enhanced on Instagram which allowed for longer, 15-seconds videos. Cece has been in ‘work mode’ ever since she started making videos in 2012 at 3 years of age. The family even shifted to LA to give her a greater opportunity.
