This is precisely why she decided, like many others before her, to go under the knife when those good looks begun to fade.

There are a number of plastic surgeries that Cameron Diaz allegedly had over the years, yet some people say that her breast augmentation is the most obvious.

It has to be said that Cameron Diaz never had impressive assets in the chest department, but her breasts do seem to have grown bigger over time. Cameron denies these allegations, of course, but so would pretty much anybody else in her shoes.

Celebrity watchers have accused Cameron of undergoing many cosmetic procedures over the years, from a nose job and Botox injections to facelifts and breast implants. By the looks of it, there might just be some truth to these allegations after all.

Back when she was first breaking into the business, Cameron’s breasts were far from impressive, yet somehow that all changed at some point as she now sports average breasts to say the least. By looking at recent pictures of her, it becomes clear that Cameron Diaz had breast implants at some point, although not big ones by any means.

It also has to be said that because of her relatively small implants, she could easily pass them off as being natural or a result of push-up bras.

Either way, we feel that Cameron’s slightly bigger breasts suit her frame much better than her previously ‘invisible’ breasts, which is maybe why she had them in the first place.

As time passes, however, and Cameron Diaz grows older, it will be interested to see if the continues down the plastic surgery road or if she settles with the work she already had done.
