Casey Hayward Jr., a cornerback for the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons, was born on September 9, 1989. (NFL). At Vanderbilt, he played collegiate football. Hayward played for the San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers for five seasons before being selected by the Green Bay Packers in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
Hayward was a three-sport star in football, basketball, and track while he was a student at Perry High School. He started at quarterback for three seasons and also appeared in a few games at cornerback. He ran for 1,284 yards and an additional 18 touchdowns as a senior, passed for 1,300 yards and leading his team to the state quarterfinals.
