Sophia Aguilar Casey Batchelor, the "Yoga Ninja," model and star of Celebrity Big Brother, is enjoying the summer weather. She recently spent a day by the pool, and posted a new photo on Instagram. In it, she posed on a chair wearing a blue bathing suit. She captioned the post, "What a lovely morning, woke up to birds tweeting and not 'Mummy, Mummy, MUMMY!' Actually got to have a lay in, and drink my coffee whilst hot!! Sat and had cocktails round the pool with a book, now going off to explore a different pool for a bit." How does she stay so fit? Batchelor is a mother of two. After having her second child, she says that she tried to not put too much pressure on herself to get back to her pre-baby body. "I didn't put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight," she tells MailOnline. "There is a lot of pressure looking after young children so I didn't want to add to that. I needed the energy to look after them so I didn't do a quick fix diet."
Batchelor tells MailOnline that she planned out a new diet after having her second child. She says that she ate healthy, and counted her calories. She also created a plan to help others. "I was eating between 1,200 and 1,500 calories a day from my Yoga Blitz plan."
Batchelor worked out on a regular basis. She tells MailOnline that she likes to do yoga each day she works out. "I've been doing five high intensity yoga workouts five times a week. I've lost 2 and a half stone and I've got my mojo back."
Batchelor has her own health plans, however, she tries to keep them sustainable. She tells The Sun, "You see people taking these silly pills to lose weight, or unsustainable diet plans being pushed on Instagram by people in the public eye. It's not sustainable, it's not healthy and there is no longevity. As soon as you stop taking them you know you're going back to square one."
Batchelor created her own plan for other working moms like her. She tells The Sun, "It's all about healthy eating and regular exercise. Just keep it consistent. I know what it's like to have new mum brain, and having two young girls to look after is hard work, so everything is tailored to women – and men – who have limited time on their hands."
