Chanté Torrane Moore, an American singer-songwriter, actor, television host, and novelist, was born on February 17, 1967.

Moore became well-known in the early 1990s and made a name for herself as an R&B vocalist.

Moore had her first daughter with her first husband, Actor Kadeem Hardison; the couple was in a relationship when they welcomed their baby.

They began dating in 1996, they were in love for some time, and when they had Sophia, the couple secretly got married in 1997 but after some time, Sophia’s parents Chante and Kadeem, separated in 2000. 

After getting divorced from Actor Kadeem, Moore married singer Kenny Lattimore. And the couple had their son Kenny Lattimore Jr.

She debuted a brand-new song named “Ghetto Love” with Kurupt on Donnie Simpson’s radio show in 2016.  She made an appearance on the radio program later in July to debut her new song, “Put It On Fate,” for which she had recorded a music video on July 13.

She revealed a new song in January 2017 called “Real One,” which was released on February 3.
