However, she tells The Sun that exercise is something she does to help herself feel better. Ferry says that she likes to run on the treadmill, specifically. "I had depression, I'm really nervous about it coming out. That day when I filmed the episode I spent 99 percent of the day crying. I've got a gym in my house, so any time I'm feeling down I go downstairs to the treadmill."

Ferry has goals that she wants to accomplish. However, she isn't putting too much pressure on herself to achieve them. She tells new!
