Constable Corinne Kline Passes Away, Edmonton Police Service Officer
Rachel Ellis Less than a week after the violent deaths of two other EPS officers, an Edmonton police officer renowned for her outreach work passed away.
Const. Corinne Kline, a 22-year member of the Edmonton Police Service, passed away on Wednesday, according to the department.
City Coun. Andrew Knack expressed his difficulty in understanding how difficult it must be for everyone at @edmontonpolice on Twitter. “It makes me very unhappy to learn about Corinne Kline. She was a remarkably upbeat individual who had a huge impact on Edmonton. Please accept my sincere sympathies to her family, friends, and coworkers.
Kline started EPS in September 2001 at the age of 23, working in patrol, front desk, and volunteer coordination. She additionally assisted in assisting victims of domestic violence, according to EPS’s Facebook statement.
