Danna Paola Rivera Munguia is a famous Mexican actress, singer and recording artist who has also ventured successfully into fashion designing. She started working in television shows at the age of 4 and continued acting through her teens. Since then, she has done numerous notable roles in telenovelas and movies. She is best known for her roles in serials, 'Maria Belen' and 'Amy'; the play 'Wicked' and the Netflix movie, 'Elite'. The breakthrough for Danna Paola came in 2001, at the age of 6, when she played the lead role in her first children's telenovela called, 'Maria Belen'. The soap opera gained high viewership and made her popular. The serial was nominated by the newspaper 'El Heraldo de Mexico' for an award.
