Lipa is constantly performing dance routines on stage, and considers that to be her cardio workout. "I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing," she says. "With all the running around I do for work, it's nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life." I also like to take 30 minutes to meditate before bed for that added wind-down."
