Elyse Knowles in Bathing Suit is "Very, Very Grateful" — Celebwell
Rachel Ellis Elyse Knowles is currently expecting her second child. She is also enjoying a beach day with her family. Knowles posted some adorable highlights on her Instagram. In them, she wore a pink crop tank and a blue and white bathing suit. She captioned the post, "Very, very grateful for baby number 2." How does she stay so fit? Knowles opened up about her favorite workouts to Marie Claire. "For my body type, I think it has to be HITT classes," she says. "The HITT classes I go to have a mix of cardio and weights, so it is a good all-rounder. I get super competitive with myself too, always trying to better than what I did last week or a few days ago."
Knowles tells Grazia Magazine that she loves to do weight training. "I'm thoroughly enjoying it," she says. "I've never been taught the right way to be doing it all and now in these little classes I'm learning how to do it properly and I can actually see results and I can definitely feel it for the next couple of days so I know it's working."
Knowles opened up about her diet to Marie Claire. She says that she doesn't like to restrict herself with food. "I really don't go by any rules or diets and prefer instead to listen to my body and let it tell me what it needs. If I had to nominate one 'rule,' it would just be to try to eat as clean and healthy as possible… ideally organic, but that's just me."
While Knowles doesn't like to limit herself with food, she tells Marie Claire that she avoids one food in particular. "I don't drink coffee, I never have. I saw how people became reliant on stimulants, such as caffeine, and never wanted to become like that. I also hardly ever drink, mainly because it's just not something I enjoy."
Knowles has a busy schedule, but she always makes time for herself. "I think every human has low moments and I think it would be silly to say you don't," she says to Grazia. "Especially women, we go up, down, up, down! We have hurdles! When I'm a little low, it's usually because I'm exhausted and I need time for myself. For me, that's embracing home, going for a walk on the beach with my dog, switch off technology and just live in the moment."
