Longoria has a very busy schedule, which you think could stress her out. However, you'd be wrong. Longoria says that the secret to managing her stress with her busy schedule is doing projects that she enjoys, and that won't drain her. "I enjoy everything that I do, and I only say yes to things that don't give me burnout,"  she said to Bustle. "When they approached me to do a podcast, I knew it had to be something I'm going to enjoy, so that every time it's on my calendar, I don't dread it. That's how I approach everything in my life."

Longoria tells Bustle that despite her business, she still prioritizes her time to herself. "For me, it's being aware, taking emotional inventory, working out, meditating, listening to podcasts, and prioritizing 'me' time, whether it's a massage or seeing my chiropractor."

Longoria's beauty sleep is extremely important to her. She says to Bustle that she used the pandemic to check in with herself, and to make changes to her routine. Longoria is open about her love of trampoline workouts. She tells Bustle, "It's so good for lymphatic drainage. I burn more calories doing that than running an hour, so it's really changed my life."

Longoria is also a big fan of strength training and lifting weights. "I do very heavy weights," Longoria tells Women's Health. "I feel like my body changes the most when I do that. I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl."
