Annabel O'Hagan is celebrating a milestone. In a social media post, the Fallout star shows off her amazing figure in workout gear and medal earned from a marathon. "The most epic experience. Thank you NYC ♥️🏃🏼‍♀️ and thank you to my amazing family and friends on the sidelines. I'm so proud to have been able to run on behalf of @restorenyc !" she captioned the post. Annabel is a hiker. She shared some photos from a trip to Teton Valley. "Wydaho with dear people and the greatest of hosts," she captioned it. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

• Building stronger muscles and bones
• Improving your sense of balance
• Improving your heart health
• Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Annabel is an avid reader. "Easy," she captioned this snap of herself deep in a book. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals. 

Annabel enjoys the perks of coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

"Ski yogi," she captioned a photo taken on the slopes in Aspen. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines. 

Annabel is also a runner, as can be evidenced by her marathon photo. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
