Frank died on September 10, 2022, and was announced to the public by his son named James Madison who made the post on his Twitter page. He took to his Twitter account and addressed the grieves news. James said, his father died at the age of 84 years but did not give any cause of death yet. Therefore, Frank’s cause of death is unknown for now.
