Mr. Coty Alan Blackburn, age 21, of Cora Caudill Road, North Wilkesboro died Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at Wilkes Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 28, at 10:00 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Mr. Doug Stanley officiating.

Mr. Blackburn was born in Wilkes County, July 10, 1985, to Shone and Julie Roberson Blackburn. He was a member of Christians For Christ. Mr. Blackburn was preceded in death by his grandfather, Clegg Roberson.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Blackburn is survived by his grandparents, Mary Roberson of Wilkesboro and Vernon and Sue Blackburn of North Wilkesboro The family will receive at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 Friday, October 27, 2006. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to The Holy Way, 1235 Lowe Creek Road, Moravian Falls, NC 28654.
