Our optical technician, Terri, who had a contagious smile and wavy hair, almost passed away on Tuesday, March 14.

Terri’s life has been irrevocably altered by a shocking act of violence committed by a man who only appeared to be her devoted spouse but was in reality someone she had loved and admired since they were in high school.

Terri and John were best friends in high school and have been practically inseparable for 34 years. They recently marked their 19th wedding anniversary with joy.

There was genuinely so much delight! Terri, on the other hand, had been observing her husband’s change for a few weeks previous, but she had a hard time understanding it.

Even though many things including the wonderful anniversary celebration seemed typical, many other things simply did not.

She was unable to comprehend that her spouse was being controlled psychologically against his will.

Terri came home on March 14 to discover an unknown entity hiding her husband’s eyes. Our Terry battled for her life in the following minutes while frightenedly witnessing John take his own.

Terri has been through indescribable experiences, but the future also poses serious dangers. In the wake of such a disaster, Terry will not only need to bury John, but she will also need to pick up the pieces in a new apartment—first and last months of rent, moving expenses, and so many more.

John will always be remembered as a happy man who adored his wife and their pet dog, Sparkle, with all of his heart.
