It is sad to announce the death of Ben Bennett. Ben Benett Died in Skiing Accident

On January 18, Bennett and a few pals went skiing at Cannon Mountain in Raymond, New Hampshire.

Bennett was a skilled skier who was wearing a helmet on that particular day, but his pals started to worry after they hadn’t seen him in about an hour and a half, according to The Boston Globe.

Bennett was ultimately discovered lifeless in the woods close to one of Cannon’s several trails.

In a matter of three days, there had been two deadly skiing accidents in New Hampshire.

Bennett put friends, family, and making strangers feel welcome above all else, according to his family, who wrote in his obituary.

Bennett was a neuroscience student at the University of New Hampshire and was the valedictorian of his high school.

Everyone knew him to be a hilarious, generous, kind, smart, and diligent worker.

We lost Ben tragically in a ski accident January 18th 2023 just a few short weeks before his 22nd birthday. This money will be used to plan a celebration of life which is what I feel he would want. Friends sharing memories of him, and getting together in his honor. I also hope to use some of the money to pay off his car so that it can stay in the family. Ben was such a smart young man going to school for Neuro Science at UNH, and recently enrolling to do online school to be a surgical tech. He also held a supervisor position at Portsmouth Regional Hospital as well as worked at The Goat. He will be so missed! We also have lots of siblings that live out of state we would like to help fly home

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the deceased’s family and friends, who have been struggling with the loss of such an intelligent and compassionate individual.
