Hannah Khalique-Brown was born into a Muslim family in London, United Kingdom, on April 2, 1999. Her father is a retired NHS surgeon, and her mother is a barrister.

During car journeys in her youth, Hannah and her father enjoyed play-acting together. They developed a repertoire of different characters with distinct names and voices.

As Hannah recalled, they would fully immerse themselves in character while in the car, maintaining their roles until they reached their destination.

Her father often portrayed a 5-year-old boy, while one of Hannah’s favorite roles was that of a 40-year-old woman, even when she was just 5.
