Sethi revealed some of her wellness advice to Delhi Planet. "Different things work for different bodies," she says. "Sometimes hardcore workout can also increase your cortisol levels (stress hormones). So it's important to plan a routine according to what suits your body the best. Don't compare yourself to anyone and don't blindly emulate what's working for someone else as it might not suit you."

Sethi tells Delhi Planet that she is extremely driven, and she's had this attitude for a while. "Growing up, I was never that girl who would constantly look into the mirror or dress up well or hang out with friends. I was always competitive, action-oriented and impatient about what I could win next."

Sethi shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is box. She shared these photos and videos of herself sparring with a trainer. Sethi captioned it, "Get…Set…Go!" Boxing is a great workout. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," says physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital, to Harvard Health.

Sethi loves to dance as a way to stay in shape. She shares a lot of videos on Instagram of herself dancing with her friends. She posted this video on Instagram of her and her sister dancing for International Dance Day. Sethi captioned it, "Paulo Coelho said 'When you dance, you can enjoy the luxury of being you.' I agree."

Sethi went horseback riding, and opened up about her experience in this Instagram post. "Pepsi was the chosen one for me…A quiet, innocent soul who just followed the words of his master and the fellow one leading the path.. He was the follower, maybe I am too and so we were in perfect alignment, our joy of galavanting in the forest, our fears while taking that very arduous trek(I think I scared him more with the noises I kept making lol), my Waheguru chants might have given him strength, we cherished the snowfall we got to experience on this adventurous journey and finally were more than grateful for the calm the finish line brought us, just like the mountains and the surreal panoramic views made our hearts smile.."
