George Foreman, whose real name is George Edward Foreman, is an American novelist, businessman, and former professional boxer. Known by his enormous physique as Big George, he began boxing competitively in 1967 and competed for around thirty years.

George was Nancy Foreman’s youngest child out of her five children. Before him, she had given birth to three daughters, Gloria, Willy Mae, and Mary Alice, and one son, Robert. Two of his three sisters, Gloria and Willie Mae, had already died.

Gloria Ann was born in Marshall, Texas, on May 21, 1944. She was formerly married to Ruben Steptoe, with whom she had four children. She eventually got married to Richard Patrick, a citizen of Texas, and the two of them stayed together for more than 40 years until her passing on November 9, 2020.

George is closest to Mary Alice Foreman Dumas, his other sister, who was born four years before him. Of his three sisters, only she survives to this day. George also had three brothers, of whom Kenneth Wayne and Robert Wayne had passed away a long time ago. Roy, his younger brother, was his manager for a long time.

Roy Foreman is well-known in the boxing scene and has been involved in the business for more than 20 years. He works with the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame as a senior vice president.
