Christiane Amanpour has a lot of experience in journallism. Amanpour is the Chief International Anchor for CNN and host of CNN International’s nightly interview program Amanpour.

She is also the host of Amanpour & Company on PBS. Amanpour was CNN’s chief international correspondent from 1992 to 2010, as well as the anchor of her own show, “Amanpour,” a daily CNN interview program that aired from 2009 to 2010.

She covered major crises from around the world, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Rwanda, and the United States during Hurricane Katrina, among many others. She has also gotten interviews with world leaders.

After the 9/11 attacks, Amanpour was the first international correspondent to interview British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
