Zahn McClarnon is a Native American actor who is most known for his guest starring appearances on different television series. He was born in the United States of America. McClarnon appeared in the TNT miniseries Into the West (2005), in which he played Running Fox (also played by Russell Means), the younger brother of Dog Star, who was played by Michael Spears and Gil Birmingham. He has been in two films: Not Forgotten, which was released in 2009, and Repo Chick, which was released in 2013. 

He appeared in the horror film Resolution, which was directed by Justin Benson, in 2013. In Ringer, he played the character of Bodaway Macawi on a recurrent basis. The Cheyenne reservation head of tribal police, Officer Mathias, is the character he is presently portraying in the A&E television series Longmire.
