With Ash and Pikachu stepping down as the series’ protagonists at the end of Pokémon Ultimate Journeys, it’s time for a new duo to come into the spotlight, and Liko and Roy fit the role just fine.

Through the two children’s eyes, fans will continue to explore the Pokémon universe in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. The anime was announced last December and premiered earlier today in Japan. Naturally, a large portion of its fans are scattered around the globe, and anticipation is building as they search for ways to stream the anime.
