Irene Rosales is making a splash in her swimsuit. The wife of DJ Kiko Rivera shows off her incredible figure in a tan bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. Irene's stay-fit strategy starts with a healthy diet. On her Instagram page she has an entire tab devoted to food. While she mixes up her daily menu she focuses her diet around lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. She eats lots of salads topped with chicken or tuna and lots of veggies, avocado toast, and healthy pizza that she makes herself. She also cooks most of her meals, ensuring she knows exactly what she is putting in her body. 

Rosales loves to get outside and be active. Rosales posted a photo of herself going for a canoe trip. "There is the day today to take a canoe," she captioned it. In another, she poses next to a stand up paddleboard. "No one warned us that missing, it's the cost that the good times have," she wrote. 

Rosales prioritizes fitness. In a lot of her Instagram posts you can find her at the gym. Not only does it help her stay in shape but she maintains that exercising helps her mental health as well. "​​Disconnecting is so necessary to reconnect… In sport I have found my disconnect," she captioned this gym video. 

One workout Rosales loves to do is yoga. She likes to practice it on the beach, and has posted photos and videos on Instagram of herself doing so. She posted one video of herself doing different leg poses in a headstand. She captioned it, "My peace." And in another of herself doing a headstand she wrote, "I don't know if the world is upside down or I'm upside down."
