James Tupper is a Canadian actor known for his roles as Jack Slattery on the ABC television series Men in Trees, Dr Chris Sands on the NBC medical drama series Mercy, and David Clarke on ABC’s Revenge.

He was born on August 4, 1965, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada and he is currently 57 years old.

James was previously married to his ex-wife Katherine Mayfield in 2001 but they later divorced in 2006 with no child involved. After his divorce, he fell in love with his co-star Anne Heche who is an  American actress during the shooting of Men In Trees. At that time the actress was married to her ex-husband Colman Laffoon.

She also had a son named Homer with her ex-husband. But later the actress divorced her husband after she came into a romantic with Tupper. The two were dating since 2006 but still, their relationship could not be eternal and was brought to an end in January 2018. The two were blessed with a son name Atlas he was born in 2009 and he is currently 13 years old.

As it stands now, James has been managing a very private personal life, due to which it is unknown if he is dating any special lady or not. But if he were to be in a relationship with anyone the news must have been in the headlines. So, we can say that he is still not married.
