John and at least 33 young men and boys were killed by the American serial murderer and sex offender Wayne Gacy.

Although he is now known for his criminal past, when he was apprehended, he seemed to be a regular man with a family.

Gacy had two marriages during the course of his life. He wed Marlynn Myers for the first time in 1964, but the couple divorced in 1969. The former marriage welcomed two children, Michael and Christine, even though Gacy was just 22 years old at the time.

Although Gacy has since gained notoriety, not much is known about Myers’ private life. Marlynn Myers passed away in her Rogersville home on May 8, 2022.

According to The New Yorker, Gacy got into legal problems four years after his marriage when he attacked and strangled a teenager he had hired to work for him.
