Rapper Lord Infamous, whose real name was Ricky T. Dunigan and who passed away on December 20, 2013, was an American from Memphis, Tennessee.

He was one of the Three 6 Mafia co-founders and DJ Paul’s nephew. Along with more conventional themes like sex and drug use, his lyrics touched on gory topics like mass murder, Satanism, and torture.

With the help of his nephew DJ Paul, Lord Infamous launched his musical career in the late 1980s. They released self-recorded recordings in their community, at their school, and in nearby shops. They were pretty well-known in the south Memphis region.

His passing was verified by DJ Paul to the online hip-hop publication HipHopDX, who said: “He had a heart attack in his sleep. His mother found him dead this morning. He had been dead, the doctors say, for about five hours.”
