Jack Eichel was born on October 28, 1996, in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. He is American. Eichel is a professional sportsman who plays ice hockey. He plays center for the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Golden Knights.

Eichel was the second overall pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. He was selected by the Buffalo Sabres. Prior to entering the NHL, Eichel was hailed as the “new face of American hockey” at age 17. He and McConnor David were regarded as members of a rising class of generational talents in hockey.
