Heath and Dylan like to try a lot of things out. One thing the recently did was take an ice bath. They posted some highlights from their experience on their joint Instagram account. The couple captioned the post, "What an amazing experience. Mark talked us through this process, after a few minutes of being submerged in the ice we both felt warm and calm. It was such a surreal feeling."

Heath spends a lot of time outside. She does a lot of outdoor physical activities to keep herself in shape. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. Heath posts a lot of photos on her Instagram account of herself either at the beach or the pool. She shared this photo of herself and Dylan going for a dip, captioning it, "The best part about coming to the end of a build, is lunchtime swims in the new pool."

Heath doesn't just enjoy the sun. She also loves the snow and cold weather. One thing she enjoys doing is going skiing. In 2019, she took a ski trip with friends, and shared these highlights on Instagram. Heath also posted this photo of herself on the slopes in Hakuba. She captioned it, "Hakuba came through with the goods."

Heath is lucky to have a lot of support in her life. She tells New Idea that she is extremely close with her family, as she is one of triplets. Heath also says in the interview that she and Dylan have made their relationship a lot stronger. "I'm so excited for the next chapter. After The Block I know there is nothing that Dylan and I can't get through."
