Jeremy Pauley Said He Did Not File Plea

According to Local 21 News, a plea deal has been reached in the case involving stolen human remains that prosecutors claimed were bought and sold by Jeremy Pauley.

The agreement, filed on June 14, 2023, reveals that Pauley intends to plead guilty to two counts: Conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property and Interstate transportation of stolen property.

Pauley could face up to 15 years in prison, a $500k fine, and at least 3 years of supervised release if convicted.

Pauley had allegedly paid $4,000 to the employee through Facebook Messenger with the intention of reselling the human remains for profit.
