Jordan Spieth is in the spotlight following his booked place in yet another exciting upcoming US Open Golf tournament which is kickstarting tomorrow (June 16).

He’s been inconsistent at US Open venues in recent years, but the Country Club at Brookline has a Pebble Beach vibe, which could be a good omen for Spieth.

The US Open remains a truly open format, with more than 50 percent of the golfers earning their spot through qualifying tournaments.

This results in incredible stories like  Fran Quinn being given one more chance to compete in the US Open. The USGA quickly ruled that players who qualified for the US Open before joining the LIV Tour were still invited to compete, and the field is stronger as a result.

The 28-year-old American was born in Dallas, Texas to Shawn and Mary Christine Spieth.

Steven and Ellie, happen to be Jordan’s younger siblings. Steven played college basketball and was a member of the Dallas Mavericks NBA Summer League team nearly five years ago.
