On December 26, 2022, it was confirmed that Katy Louise Saunders Korean actor, Song Joong-Ki. On January 30, 2023, Song announced through his fan cafe that he had married his British girlfriend Katy.

According to reports, Katy has a daughter who is around ten years old. She is said to be a single mum. The photo of Katy with a tiny baby bump from the 2012 event has been viral over social media.

In 2013, she made her Hollywood debut with the release of Third Person co-starring alongside Liam Neeson, Mila Kunis, Adrien Brody and Kim Basinger among others.
