Khloe Kardashian has been quite vocal about people accusing her of faking her appearance, especially those claiming that her photos have been altered, or that she was going overboard with lip injections.

Also, in the meantime, it does not look like she has anything to hide about her own body, as she has been quite openly making trips around town together with her baby daughter, True.

Khloe was recently spotted in tight leggings while out for a lunch break together with young True and looked quite comfortable in her attire as she walked around and got some food.

The star was visibly aware of the attention of paparazzi on her but did not seem to mind.

If anything, she appeared to enjoy the situation and took the opportunity to show off her most recent body.

However, she was not too fond of showing her face too much, as she kept herself covered with a hat and sunglasses, and did not remove them at any point for the cameras.

Not that it mattered — photographers still snapped plenty of shots of her, and it did not take long for the pictures to start circulating the Internet.

Khloe has been very open in her displeasure with recent comments aimed at her, and she is not going to slow down with her responses from the looks of it.

Entirely, on the contrary, she has taken every opportunity she could to say something about the people accusing her of being fake about her appearance, and she has not toned down her comments in the slightest so far.

An insider told Hollywood Life this about all the rumors regarding Khloe’s appearance: “She swears she hasn’t done any fillers at all, she says she’s still scared since the last time she did fillers (in her face) she hated them so much. Khloe has nothing against lip fillers; they just aren’t for her. She tried them in the past and hated them and has always said she won’t go there again.”

The person added: “She doesn’t really care that people are guessing she’s had them, it’s not a big deal to her at all. In some ways, it’s a compliment, like thank you for thinking my lips look big. Khloe has no insecurities about her lips; she feels like she has the sexiest lips in the family and always has. She feels blessed that her lips are full and pouty and with Kylie [Jenner]’s lip kit, they really pop. Guys have always loved kissing her lips, Khloe feels they are one of her best assets, she loves them. She likes using makeup tricks to give them a boost, but that’s enough for her.”
