On Thursday night, Paul posted on social media that Koopsta had passed away, but he quickly changed his mind and said that Koopsta was still alive and being supported on life support.

In a statement following his passing, Paul said, “Everyone who knew Koop knew he was tremendously humorous and the coolest man ever! We will miss him!

When KK had the stroke, he had been in the hospital since the previous weekend. He was 40, the same age as Lord Infamous, another member of the Three Six Mafia who died in 2013.
