Kyle Brown had worked with ABC and ESPN as a director and production staffer for the broadcaster for 16 years. During that time, the company would broadcast Buckeyes home games from Columbus. 

According to reports gathered from ESPN, Kyle Brown suffered a “medical emergency”. He died at the age of 42 during an NCAA regional tournament in North Carolina on Saturday, June 11, 2023.
