Larisa Oleynik is an American actress. She started acting in the 1990s, debuting in an episode of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. She became a teen idol during this period after landing the lead in the TV series The Secret World of Alex Mack. She starred the titular character from 1994 to 1998. In 1995, she made her cinematic debut as Dawn Schafer in the movie The Baby-Sitters Club. Later in 1999, she became widely known for her role as Bianca Stratford in 10 Things I Hate About You. During this period, she also played Alissa Strudwick in the TV series 3rd Rock from the Sun.
